Koa Wood
Check this out: This is Koa, a beautiful hard wood. I'm excited to burn something into this! You can see a bit of the wonderful colors in this, but after it is finished these colors jump out...it's stunning.

I have a hand full of planks like what you see joined...I'm planning on just trying to match some grains and make a few panels...I wanna do more of this kinda stuff in the future.
