coffee roaster
Check this baby out: it's $650 or so for a coffee roaster! That'd be cool to buy organic green coffee beans and roast them ourself. We set the roast however we want! And it'd be a cool little thing about our cafe, too.

Besides, we're not the socialites you may think....
Yeah...remember that Sienfeld when Kramer wanted to make a pizza restraunt where you make your own pie? Kinda like that...we'd make the good coffee people want.
..we were at a cafe in Kirkland that had two roasters set up in the corner of the counter...it doesn't smell as sweet as one would think, but it's a cool feature.
